Description

• Forward and CC all incoming and outgoing emails to the concerned individuals • Prepare schedules, agendas for internal meetings and taking minutes, prepare related action plans and sending it to concerned individuals • Prepare for the meetings of the Managing Director (schedule, agenda & taking minutes, …) • Make all the necessary procedures for the business trips such as preparing trip schedule, hotel and flight booking, etc. • Negotiate corporate rates with hotels (locally and abroad) and air flight agencies • Contact and follow-up couriers to make sure sending or receiving necessary packages on time • Manage the preparations of company’s visitors as preparing schedule & agenda, hotel booking, transportation, etc. • Follow-up on all monthly reports internally and externally and send reminders whenever is needed. • Filing documents appropriately and on timely manner to ensure the saving of documents and the easiness of finding them • Any other duties as assigned by the management Qualifications & Skills required: • University degree preferably in English Literature • 3 years minimum experience • Excellent English language • IT literacy (Word, Excel, Internet, Power Point, Outlook) • High interpersonal and communication skills • Very good negotiation skills • Time management skills • Willing and able to work under pressure • Able to meet deadlines • Self-motivated and dynamic
